I really love taking a space that might be great to live in and transforming it into a space that appeals directly to buyers’ emotions and draws them in to imagining their family living in a space that feels just right.I’ve been drawing floor plans and furniture layouts and sewing since I was a child and I’ve always been drawn to colour, textiles and design.
My fascination with real estate has never waned and I earned my Marketing Management Diploma from BCIT in the Real Estate Option.
I spent time performing property evaluations for the BC Assessmsnt Authority and I have worked in the design and creation of custom soft furnishings.I found home staging at the intersection of my creativity, design skills, entrepreneurial spirit and the allure of real estate. I’ve never been happier!
I have a mission and a passion to do everything I can to ensure sellers get the best possible price, as quickly as possible when selling a home. I influence the feel of a home as much as the actual colours and furnishings to meet this goal.
I work with a talented professional photographer to make sure what I’ve staged gets shown to potential buyers in a way that draws them into the property and makes the whole package into a powerful marketing tool.
